Since I bought the house in 2017 I have finished basement the basement with a bedroom, bathroom and TV room. I added a front and rear deck. Added to the fence to include the side yards for kids/pets. When the “Bomb Cyclone” hit us in 2019 we didn’t have power for a while and the whole house stayed around 70 degrees the entire time.
