Front Range Real Estate Market Update, May 2, 2024

This week, let's look at how prices and payments have changed in the past year. Below are median prices for different counties and the median prices one year ago and today. We show what a typical payment in each county would have been a year ago and how it's gone up today. It's important to note that we calculate these payments using a 10% down payment – so as prices have climbed, that down payment has risen, too. Monthly payments rose the most in Denver County and the least in Adams County.
