Homes for sale in Highlands Ranch are in neighborhoods such as Kentley Hills, Westridge and Highlands Ranch. In March 2017, there were 21% fewer homes for sale in Highlands Ranch than during March 2016, which is a trend seen throughout the metro area. Fortunately, there were more homes on the market – 14% more – than during February of this year. The median listing price during March was $607,200. The median sale price was $465,000. 135 homes sold in Highlands Ranch during March – a big increase from February AND from March 2016.
