I was researching the MLS for a buyer to find comparable homes to Stapleton in some of the more popular Denver neighborhoods. I found that on average, you can buy homes for a little lower price in Stapleton. Plus in Stapleton, all of the homes are newer as they’ve all been constructed since 2001.
