Easier than they look, Driving Directions: * Start by heading west on Coal Creek Canyon (H-72) from H-93. Drive approximately 7.4 miles until you reach Crescent Park Drive. Turn right (north) at the Fire Station onto Crescent Park Drive. (White For Sale Sign) Continue for about 1/4 mile until the sharp right turn onto Spruce Canyon Drive. Drive approximately 1.9 miles on Spruce Canyon Drive (which becomes Circle). (Note: Pass Seaver Dr and continue to the next left.) Turn left onto the unmarked road with 5 mailboxes on the corner, one marked 12002. Take the first driveway on the right (also marked 12002) and drive up to the house. The driveway can easily accommodate two vehicles for easy turnaround. Please remember to print or snapshot these directions and map. It's a quick less than half-hour drive from West Arvada, but it's a good idea to have the directions with you as GPS can be spotty in the area.
