- 2 bedrooms or less: Average: $411,372, Median: $365,000
- 3-bedroom homes: Average: $544,297, Median: $490,000
- 4 bedrooms or more: Average: $774,640, Median: $630,000
Prices by Year Built
- Before 1960: Average: $600,388, Median: $510,000
- 1960 to 1980: Average: $525,575, Median: $470,000
- 1981 to 2000: Average: $594,010, Median: $515,000
- 2001 until now: Average: $659,739, Median: $542,000
