There are 32% more new listings this week than there were last week, which is great news for the local market. We still need more homes for sale to satisfy demand, but this is a step in the right direction.
We’re having luck getting clients into homes by looking at new construction. If new construction works for your timeline, it can be a great choice. There are often “quick move-in” homes available that can be ready in one to four months. We saw a big rise in construction jobs in March, which could bode well for buyers – more new homes on the market could help relieve some of the pressure on the market.
We’re also making offers on withdrawn and expired homes. Some of these homes didn’t sell because they were over-priced and, since they’re not on the market, a good offer can sometimes be accepted without going through a bidding war.
We’re relentlessly focused on doing the best work possible.
Whether you’re buying or selling a home, we work hard to represent your best interests. Ready to make your move? Call David and Tom at (720) 782-2468 today.
