Sunstream is a great neighborhood located in Westminster, Colorado right next to Standley Lake. There are miles of running and biking trails right out your door. Shopping is very convenient and you can take a short walk to King Soopers down a trail next to a creek. Schools area a short walk for your children. There are numerous parks, playgrounds, and recreation opportunities nearby. It’s a 20 minute commute to downtown Denver or Boulder.
