Lakewood homes for sale are in neighborhoods including Belmar, Green Mountain and Green Gables Reserve. During March 2017, there were 12% fewer homes for sale in Lakewood than a year earlier, but up 4% compared to February 2017. The median listing price was $490,000 and homes were still selling more quickly than a year ago. The median sale price was just over $390,000. Finally, 148 homes sold in Lakewood in March – a whopping 66% increase compared to February and a slight increase compared to March of last year.
